Shape Pinnacle Entrepreneurs Forum & AWEN Award 2025

Cambodia needed a convening platform that took its place as a regional leader seriously — not symbolically. Building on the 2024 inaugural Forum, iDEN partnered to deliver the second annual Pinnacle Entrepreneurs Forum and the AWEN Award Ceremony in 2025.

Shape STRATEGY

Positioning Cambodia as a regional host, not a regional participant

Every decision on this Forum started from one positioning choice: Cambodia was not going to be framed as one more market in the ASEAN entrepreneurship conversation — it was going to be framed as the place where that conversation happens. iDEN built the Forum's strategy, delegation outreach, and program architecture around that single premise, treating the 2025 edition as the proof point for the 2024 inaugural Forum's ambition.

Shape PROGRAM DESIGN

Curating a convening that matched the ambition of the positioning

A regional host has to bring the right room together, not just a full one. iDEN curated the Forum's agenda to bring ASEAN policymakers, founders, and investors into direct dialogue rather than parallel programming, and integrated the AWEN Award Ceremony as the platform's centerpiece recognition moment for women's entrepreneurship and leadership across the region.

Shape PRODUCTION & STORY

Producing the Forum so the world saw it the way it was meant to be seen

Positioning only holds if the room believes it — and so does everyone who wasn't in it. iDEN Studios produced the Forum and Award Ceremony as a story, not just an event, capturing original content that extended the convening's reach well beyond the two days it actually ran, and cementing the Forum's second year as a credible, recurring regional institution.
