We started because we kept meeting two kinds of advice.

About Us About Us

The first kind was imported — global playbooks dropped into ASEAN boardrooms with the cultural context surgically removed. Slide decks that would not survive contact with reality.

The second kind was small — a fear of ambition, a habit of doing what is safe instead of what is right. Ideas dimmed before they ever had the chance to be tested.

We built iDEN for the space between them: work with the rigour of the first and the honesty of the second, made by people who live here and are not embarrassed to aim high.

Five years on, that has become two practices — a consulting arm and a production studio — run to the same standard, staffed by the same people, and pointed at the same thing: helping the organisations shaping this country's next decade decide what to do, and then making the world care that they are doing it.

Founder's Note

Why iDEN Exists.

I started iDEN because I was tired of two kinds of advice. The kind imported without context — and the kind dimmed before it ever had the chance to be tested.

The first kind was imported — global playbooks dropped into Cambodian boardrooms with the cultural context surgically removed. Slide decks that won't survive contact with reality.

The second kind was small — a fear of ambition, a habit of doing what's safe instead of what's right. Ideas dimmed before they ever had the chance to be tested.

iDEN was built for everything in between. We're a consulting practice and a creative studio under one roof, because the businesses I admire most are the ones that take their strategy seriously and their storytelling personally. You can't separate the two anymore. Not in this market. Not in this decade.

Our work sits at the intersection of public policy, business strategy, and human story. That's the lens I bring from CCRI, the University of Virginia, and years of advocacy work in Washington and Phnom Penh.

If you're reading this page, you're probably thinking about a move. A new venture, a turnaround, a rebrand, a piece of content that needs to land. I'd be honored to think it through with you.

OUR VALUES

Values that shape how we work.

We carry four values into every room. They're how we choose clients, hire teammates, and decide what work is worth our name on it.

Honorable

We conduct ourselves with the highest ethical standards. Integrity, transparency and respect guide every interaction. Trust is the only currency that compounds over decades.

I
II

Intentional

Nothing in our work happens by accident. Every recommendation, every frame, every word is chosen on purpose.

Unconventional

We refuse the obvious answer when the better one is harder. We would rather build something true than something easy.

III
IV

In Service

We are here for the client's outcome, not our own portfolio. If the right answer is that you do not need us, we will tell you that too.

Shape Our Process

What Makes Us Unconventional.

I.
A policy mindset

We treat business problems the way a policy advisor treats civic ones — with empathy for the people on the receiving end and rigor for the systems that produce outcomes.

II.
A regional influency

We’re rooted in Cambodia and conversant globally. We know how decisions actually get made in this part of the world, and how to translate that fluency for partners arriving from outside it.

III.
A bias toward dignity.

Our work has to be useful, profitable, and worthy of the people it touches. Honor is not a vibe — it’s how we underwrite every engagement.

A vision worth building toward.

We exist to help your ambition move with clarity, dignity and global confidence.

OUR VISION

To inspire a world of limitless potential — where your ideas, business, and stories stand confidently on the global stage.

OUR MISSION

To help a growing community of businesses, institutions and individuals turn ambition into impact — through clear-eyed strategy and uncompromising storytelling.

He works across strategy engagements and hosts the firm's flagship productions — including UNICEF Cambodia's parenting series and five seasons of The Thomith Show. His conviction is that a strategy nobody can tell is not a strategy, and a story with no argument underneath it is decoration.

* Most of our work starts with a conversation about a problem someone has been carrying for a while. If that sounds familiar, we should talk.
